Sharleen Collins Academy – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing and enrolling in a Sharleen Collins Academy course via our Kajabi platform, you agree to the following terms:

1. Definitions

• The Academy / The College: Sharleen Collins Academy.

• The Student: The person purchasing and/or attending the course.

• Commencement Date: First day of your confirmed course.

• Final Date: Scheduled last day of your course.

• Certification: Certificates and diplomas issued by ITEC, Sharleen Collins Academy, and/or in-house awards.

2. Gross Misconduct

The Academy may remove any student immediately for gross misconduct, including but not limited to: bullying, harassment, violence, damage to property, intoxication, theft, or defamation (online or otherwise).

3. Fees & Enrolment

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place.

• Full fees must be paid according to the payment plan in your enrolment letter.

• Missed payments trigger a strict reminder process; failure to pay may result in expulsion and referral to debt collection.

• Deposits and payments are non-refundable. Non-completion of a course does not remove fee obligations.

4. Cancellations & Transfers

• Cancellations must be made at least 4 weeks before the Commencement Date. Late cancellations incur fees (€500 if less than 4 weeks, €1,000 if less than 3 weeks).

• Transfers to another course are at the Academy’s sole discretion and subject to availability.

5. Attendance & Hours

• Minimum 90% attendance is required to sit exams and receive certification.

• Lateness, early departure, and absenteeism affect eligibility to graduate.

• Missed classes are the student’s responsibility to catch up on.

6. Exams

• Missing an exam may require paying re-sit fees.

• Images and results are only issued to students who complete and pass their course.

7. Health & Safety

• Disclose any relevant health issues upon enrolment.

• The Academy is not liable for allergic reactions from products.

• Students are responsible for checking product ingredients.

8. Intellectual Property

• All course materials belong to the Academy.

• Sharing, recording, or distributing content (including online portal and app materials) is prohibited.

• Any creations made during the course may be owned by the Academy.

9. Liability

• The Academy is not responsible for lost property or for acts beyond its control (e.g., force majeure events).

• Students indemnify the Academy against losses caused by their negligence.

10. Social Media & Photography

• The Academy may share student work and images on its platforms (subject to enrolment form preferences).

• Photographers acting on behalf of the Academy own the rights to student images taken during shoots.

11. General

• Students may be required to practice on each other or on models they arrange.

• The Academy may change course content, dates, or accreditation bodies without prior notice.
